Prestart Selections

New Builds
A tailored design service for any clients looking to or currently building their dream home and need a little reassurance when it comes to their selections.

This can include:
​
Helping with the floor play/layout of the home
Selection and specification of paint colours.
Selection and specification of benchtop and cupboard colours/profiles.
Selection and specification of tapware, sinks, baths, toilets etc.
Selection and specification of flooring and window treatments.
Attending tile selection meeting with clients.
Samples of suggested materials and finishes
Meeting to input all selections into the client portal before prestart meeting (if applicable)
Concept board and presentation board of all materials and items specified.

Inspired Styling can assist with choosing all finishes and fixtures before Pre-Start even commences and helping with the floor plan/layout before committing to the build.
Do It Yourself Service
Sometimes you may not have the budget to purchase all your flooring, cabinetry or furniture and decor straight away, that is where the DIY service comes in. I will plan and put together all of your furniture and decor and organise contractor quotes, then simply hand it over to you to implement when you have the funds.

​Painting, flooring and window treatments
Cabinetry fit out and design
Furniture and decor
Soft furnishings
Samples of suggested materials and finishes
Concept board and presentation board of all materials and items specified.
Specifier list of suppliers and their locations including pricing for all items.
Detailed list of item placement in your home.
Working within your budget to achieve your dream interior.

for the entire home.
